This agreement is a legal contract between you and Whitewhale VPN (referred to as the "Service Provider") regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as "the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will communicate material changes through appropriate channels. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking, rooting, or other actions that weaken system security are not recommended.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you may also be subject to those providers' own terms of service and privacy policies.

Service limitation notice: The App depends on a stable network connection through Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, carrier outages, weak signal, regional restrictions, or user network conditions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you roam outside your home country, confirm that you have a suitable data plan and permission from the bill payer before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, device power loss, operating system faults, third-party platform restrictions, or incorrect configuration are not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route and client information, but some data may come from third parties or change with real-time network conditions. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service as permitted by law; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Non-refund policy: Digital services, software licenses, and subscription rights are generally treated as final once delivered and are not eligible for no-reason refunds.

Customer support: If you encounter installation, connection, or account issues, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to help troubleshoot.

Technical issues: If a specific technical issue affects normal use, we will work to resolve it or provide a practical alternative, but this does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized use: Refunds will not be provided if an account, license, or digital entitlement has been shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.

Policy changes: We reserve the right to update this refund policy. Updates take effect after publication on the website.
